Summer Robotics Camp Featured on FoxTV

Basic Programmable Logic Controllers Course

Was Held July 23rd - 24th, 2009 - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

This 2-day course is designed to give students a good understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's). This course places a heavy emphasis on understanding the logic and operation of the PLC. The course also typically covers installation and troubleshooting.

July, 2008 : FLATE hosted a robotics camp designed to educate middle school students about robotics and its application in modern manufacturing operations. This week-long event, from July 14-18, 2008 was held at Hillsborough Community College (HCC) in Brandon, and made possible through a partnership between FLATE, HCC and Dowdell Middle Magnet School.
